Lanke Provided two sets of PVA smash system for the 450,000 tons per year VAC and 100,0000 tons per year PVA project in Guodian Ningxia yinglite Ningdong Coal Based Chemical Co., Ltd, which located in Yinchuan of Ningxia Province. One of the devices is used for producing the fixed size distribution products and the other is available for adjusting the size of the products to adapt the down-stream users’ requirements, and the capacity is designed for 10 tons per hour with 10 mesh sieve. By increasing the smash process and boosting the kinds of the production, addition of these systems meets the various demands of the market. The company changed to Sinopec the Great Wall (Ningxia) Co. Ltd. chemical energy in Feb,2014.Except for equipment, instruments and control systems, pipes and pipe fittings, the afford scope of Lanke also included installation, training and guidance of stat-off and debugging. With the system simulation testing has been completed, the commissioning work will be conducted after the upstream device driving successfully and project is expected to start-up in Apr, 2015.
